Is that REALLY a bad thing? With Halo's stylized graphics and Halo 2 being almost the pinnacle of what you could do on the original Xbox, is calling Halo 3: Halo 2 in HD REALLY a bad thing? I do not think so. Compare Halo 1 to Halo 2... and the jump between the two games is incredible.

The CGI is the TV Commercial that first played during a Sunday football game. Bungie specifically said that it was CGI rendered and not intended to be in-game. So comparing in-game to a commercial is slightly retarded.

You have every right as a parent to go purchase whatever you want for you kids then. The store manager isn't (and shouldn't) ask you if you are purchasing it for your kids...and if so if they have decent grades.

The Story has always been worth it. I don't necessarily believe that you should have to find sources OUTSIDE of a game to enrich the games experience, but after reading the books, the graphic novel, and immersing myself in the entire Halo-verse since Halo 1, I believe this is one of the richest, deepest, and moving stories I have ever experienced. These ads are just bringing it into more of the mainstream.

Devil's Advocate... that is spot on. Really. It is a crappily built system, but it is fun. That is why I keep coming back to it. I play my PS3 for Warhawk, my Wii for Zelda and Metroid Prime... and my 360 for a whole assload of games.
